• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.

Pink Spot requires location access to function. By granting location permission, you consent to us using your location to provide matching and chat features. You can disable location access in your device settings at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Pink Spot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Spot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
